About us

We are one of the leading consultancies in the UK specialising in flexible working  and business transformation. The company was formed in July 2001 and in 2005 we entered an alliance with Strategic People, an established Human Resource consultancy. In 2007 our flexible working practices were merged to create a new force in consulting and training.

We have developed new products over the years to meet the evolving needs of over 40 clients. As a result of our focus on new ways of working we have a highly experienced team with probably the best knowledge of flexible working and its implementation in the UK.

We are passionate about flexible working and the way it benefits the organisation as well as the individual. We’ve been consulting in this field for longer than most and have helped organisations large and small to benefit.

We practise what we preach. We have no expensive offices and all our people work from their homes, at client sites and while “on the move” using and testing new technologies, different work styles and business procedures.  That knowledge - of what works best - gained from first-hand experience, is transferred directly to you during your project.
