Client work:

He has led many projects, particularly in local government, using flexible working to deliver operational benefits including improved quality, customer service, and productivity.

One recent project involved working with the top team of a private sector client who wanted to make the best of a planned move to a new office in a new location. More agile ways of working were seen as a route to retaining and attracting the best staff and creating a very modern workplace and culture. A culture survey and a series of interviews combined with top management workshops were used to generate a plan to proceed that had high levels of commitment from all participants.

Tony also led the Wisework team on a major project to support two County Councils in a transition to “Next Generation Working”. This included training, building ambassador and champion programmes, master classes for senior managers and road shows to support the roll out of new technologies, building stakeholder support and moves into new buildings.
